Originally from England, I've always lived in London and my work explores the relationship between postmodern discourse and the culture of recycling. With influences as diverse as Derrida and Roy Lichtenstein, new insights are created from both mundane and transcendent layers. Ever since I was a teenager I have been fascinated by the essential unreality of the universe. What starts out as a triumph soon becomes a carnival of distress, leaving only a sense of fear and the possibility of a new order. As temporal phenomena reconfigure themselves through emerging and critical practice, the viewer remains a testimony of the possibilities of our condition.
